Nutrition Info: Each tablet contains a standardised 40mg of four isoflavones: genistein, daidzein, formononetin and biochanin A sourced from red clover (Trifolium pratense). These red clover isoflavones are naturally occurring phytoestrogens or plant oestrogens which are NOT chemically synthesized.
Precautions: Free from sugar, yeast, milk derivatives, wheat and corn starch, gluten, preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

Directions of use: It is recommended that 1 to 2 Novogen Redclover tablets are taken daily with food. Usually 1 tablet per day suits most women either taken in the morning with breakfast or in the evening depending on when you feel it is most appropriate for you. Some women find that taking 2 tablets a day is preferable so that the body has a top up of dietary isoflavones twice a day.
