Also contains lactose, magnesium strearate (vegetable source) and pregelatinised potato starch to 100mg. This product contains lactose and may not be suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.

Directions of use: Adults: Suck or chew 3 tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve in the mouth. Children (2-12 years): Suck or chew 1 tablet twice daily, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth. Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is convenient to take. This is unlike silicea in the form of gels (silicea gel) which has to be taken 2 hours before any medication to avoid the risk of drug interaction. Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Please seek medical advice if pregnant.
